Vaishali Lambe, also known as Lisha, is a self-motivated and experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in various domains, including publishing, law community, healthcare, and finance. She is a graduate of Computer Science with a focus on data science and has international work experience in India, New Zealand, and the USA. Lisha is currently working as a Technical Consultant at UBS, where she is responsible for emerging solutions such as data management, governance, analytics, ML, AI, and blockchain. As a demonstrated leader with excellent communication skills, Lisha has managed teams of up to 12 individuals. She is a problem solver with strong critical thinking skills and is always willing to try new approaches to find solutions. Lisha is also a courageous individual who takes on challenges and shares her knowledge with others. In addition to her work in data science and AI, Lisha is also a skilled writer, public speaker, and community builder. She has a passion for creating her own brand and building communities, which is her new challenge in the list.
